The world doesn't need another business book. What it needs is a framework for action. That's why I created the ANOTHER LEVEL Project and this Career Innovation Playbook.
Over the past decade, I've coached over a thousand professionals through career transitions. Every single one fit into three categories:

The big AHA moment for me: No one teaches us how to manage our careers. Not business schools. Not mentors. Not our friends, Romans or countrymen. Not even experience. Out of a thousand professionals I've worked with, only one had a bit of formal training in career management.
The solution isn't another set of platitudes about "following your passion." It's a systematic approach built on proven frameworks.
I've spent 30+ years as a growth strategist, applying Design Thinking, Innovation Strategy, and Brand Strategy to help companies evolve. Now, I'm applying those same principles to career development, which I call Career Innovation.
